Vegan Fried Chicken Bowl

 30 g Soy Meat
 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Mirin
 1 tbsp Sake
 1 clove of Garlic
 1 clove of Ginger
 1 tbsp water
 50 g Starch

Boil all Soy-meat until it becomes soft.
While Boiling the soy-meat, place all the ingredients (except starch) in a bowl, mix them well.
When soy-meat is nice and soft turn off the heat, and drain the water, Squeeze the soy pieces of as much excess moisture as possible (be careful its HOT !). Then place them into the bowl with the marinade. Make sure all the soy pieces have soaked up the marinade, then leave it for 10-15 mins.

Toss the soy pieces in the starch to coat each piece evenly.
Deep fry the pieces untill it has a nice yummy color ! (less than 5 mins) .
