 200 g Noodle (I used Millet Noodle. If you want to use Pasta, add 1 Tsp of Baking Soda when you boil pasta.)
 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
 100 g Soy meat
 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Mirin
 1 tbsp Sugar
 1 tsp Hot Pepper Paste
For the Soup
 350 ml Water
 8 g Vegan Chinese Soup Stock
 15 g Ginger
 12 g Garlic ( About 2 cloves of Garlic )
 1 ½ tbsp Miso
 1 tsp Hot Pepper Paste
For the Topping
 Any vegetable you want to.
