 1 tbsp oil
 4 Koya-dofu (freeze-dried tofu)
 6 Green pepper
 1 Bean sprout
For sauce
 3 tbsp soy sauce
 3 tbsp vegan oyster sauce
 3 tbsp mirin
 2 tbsp vinegar
 1.50 tsp sugar
 black pepper
 1.50 tsp fresh ginger juice
For thickening
 4 tbsp water
 2 tsp starch

Soak the koya-dofu in water until it's soft.
Drained water and squeeze out.

Cut koya-dofu and vegetables, make it ready to fry.
Pour oil into your frying pan, and fry the vegetables first then koya-dofu next.
Add all the sauce ingredients stir them well for few minute.
Mix the thickening sauce (water & starch) well, turn off the heat then pour the sauce. Make sure to stir them well!
